Four editions, all built on the same shared world of your buddy, your room and your collection: A Board Game Journey (chess and checkers), A Fishing Journey, A Lottery Journey (chance games for play money, ages 18 and over) and A Puzzle Journey (word games). They are all in development. See the editions.

On your phone. Lotvale has no account and no server, so each game keeps your credits or coins, characters and progress in its own app on your device. Deleting the app deletes them, unless you restore from a device backup of your own.

Open the shop and use Restore Purchases (it is also in Settings). Items you bought come back from your Apple ID, including on a new phone. If something is still missing, email us.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase. We can't issue refunds ourselves.

No. The Lottery edition's chance games are played with play-money credits. There are no cash prizes, credits have no cash value, and nothing can be cashed out or traded for money or prizes. The other Lotvale games have no wagering and no chance rewards at all.

Never. Themes, characters, mounts, companions and room items only change how the game looks. Nothing you can buy or earn changes the odds of any chance game, and in every Lotvale game it only changes how things look.

In the Lottery edition, the game has its own ways to earn more play-money credits (see Help inside the app). Credits can never be bought. If you're stuck, email us.
